Watch Press Exchange
Watch press releases.
One place.
WPX is a new press platform for the watch industry — giving journalists, bloggers and creators a cleaner way to discover and manage watch releases, while giving brands one place to submit them.
WPX is currently in development.
Created by Joshua Clare-Flagg, publisher of 12&60.
01 / The Problem
Press releases shouldn't disappear into an inbox.
Watch journalists receive launches from brands, PR agencies, mailing lists and individual contacts. Information arrives as emails, PDFs, attachments, download links and press kits — all mixed in with everything else.
WPX is being built to turn that fragmented flow into a single structured source for watch industry news.
02 / For Publishers
Your watch news desk, without the inbox chaos.
WPX gives watch journalists, bloggers and creators a single feed of press releases, launches and industry announcements.

03 / For Watch Brands
One place to send your next release.
WPX is designed to make watch-industry press distribution simpler. Brands and PR teams can submit releases, imagery, links and product information to one central platform where relevant watch media can discover them.
One submission
Provide the release and supporting assets once.
Structured information
Keep product details, pricing, launch dates, imagery, embargoes and press contacts together.
Relevant media
Make releases available to journalists and publishers actively looking for watch-industry news.
Future visibility
WPX is being designed to help brands better understand how their releases move from submission to editorial coverage.
04 / How It Works
From release to story.
-
01 Submit
A watch brand or PR agency sends a press release to WPX.
-
02 Structure
WPX identifies the brand, announcement, product information, links, imagery and press assets.
-
03 Discover
Relevant publishers see the release and decide whether it belongs in their editorial queue.
-
04 Publish
Publishers can prepare coverage, edit it and ultimately publish through their normal editorial workflow.
Editorial decisions always remain with the publisher.
05 / Editorial Assistance
AI where it saves time. Editors where judgement matters.
Press releases are source material, not finished journalism. WPX is being designed to extract the useful facts and help turn them into publication-ready drafts without removing the editor from the process.
Publishers will be able to define their own editorial style and review every draft before anything reaches their website.
06 / Why WPX
Built because this problem already exists.
WPX was created by Joshua Clare-Flagg, publisher of the watch publication 12&60 and organiser of Watch! Watch Fair.
After years of receiving watch launches through crowded inboxes, attachments, download links and PR mailing lists, the idea was simple: there should be a better way for watch media to manage incoming releases — and an easier way for brands to distribute them.
WPX is being built as an independent platform for the wider watch industry.
